Born on 1st January 1971 and had a clear goal to serve the Nation with new technologies to enhance the development of our Economy.

MEKASTER as a brand and as an identity of an organization took shape in the year 1971, the same signifying the initials of the founders. The beginning was made with marketing of world class tools catering to the needs of all the sectors of the industry all over the country.

MEKASTER brought in to the country the Digital Switching Systems in 1982.

Based on the faith and goodwill created with various customers, the organization started expanding.

The year 1985 indicated the entry of Mekaster into the manufacturing sphere of engineering equipment. Mekaster is proud to be the pioneer in the country to introduce sophisticated technologies like concrete paving machines and construction hoists. This also opened the door to various foreign collaborations with world leaders for a varied product range which gradually expanded to state of the products like Safety Relief Valves.

The Phase of Mekaster started 2002, when the organization underwent restructuring and streamlining of its most valuable resources, like its factories and human resources. metamorphosis or change is necessitated by need and this was an important part of our consolidation process both in terms of human resources value and systems improvement. A shining example of this is the emphasis placed on having a specialised and wide-spread service network along with introduction of new products and philosophies which could usher Mekaster into the future by utilising the value addition of the Mekaster brand.
